School

So of course no body probably looks at my blog anymore because I haven't posted anything for a million years. But here I go! I was able to enjoy some time off before school started because I finally quit Subway and got another job working as an aid at a pre-k and kindergarten school for high functioning speacial needs. Most of the kids I work with have some form of Autism. I worked the summer school program which was 12 days and I fell in love with the job. It was so fun getting to know all of the different kids and their personalities. My first day back to work was today, but it was just a prep day. The kids start on Monday and I am looking forward to working with the kids again. I don't have a lot of work hours, but I am planning on focusing a lot on school. I am taking 15 units! Sooo fun right?? Not!! Okay.... I do kind of like school. I know I'm crazy but the thing that I like about it is that you determine how well you will do by doing all your work. :) Now for pictures. It's going to be quite random but thats okay.. My adorable friend Hayley got married in June!!
Hayley's bachelorette party

I did Hayley's hair and makeup for her wedding. I also did her sister Melanie's hair and make up! It was a very busy day for me. :)

 The Santa Clara Church Fiesta

My cutie little nephew that's getting so BIG!

For my niece Peyton's first birthday I was able to practice my talents and make the kids smile. These are some of the face paints that I did.

I didn't catch a picture of this before she had some fun with the puffy paint so that is why there are little random specks. She wanted a cow girl so she got one!... not my best work but I think she enjoyed it.

I painted the pig bean bag toss
I also painted this cowboy and cowgirl cut outs so people could take some silly photos

Just me and the hubbs being sexy in all

Shortly after the party I worked on this for girls camp. Our theme was arise and shine forth so I made this light house for one of the devotionals the Y.C.L. leaders did for all of the other girls.

I made these glow stick hand outs for the day themed raise the torch.

I found these printables online and thought they wer too cute to not use them

read the ingredients

I gave these out for the day that was themed defend your destiny.
Girls camp was a wonderful experience it was so interesting being there as an adult leader. I loved it! I felt the spirit so strong there and the girls taught me so much! I have more pictures but that will have to be for another time. as for now I'm all pictured out. :) nighty night.
